Dr. Ibrahim Alrashdan – Chairman

With over 20 years of experience in cardiology and business leadership, Dr. Ibrahim Al-Rashdan is the force behind Al-Rashdan Group Holdings’ long-term success. Dr. Ibrahim Al Rashdan – Curriculum Vitae and Key Achievements

The late Amir, H.H. Sheikh Sabah Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah, awarded him the First-Class Kuwait Medal with a Ribbon in recognition of his role in innovating the first Kuwaiti invention of its kind for cardiac catheterization. The invention, which received European accreditation and was awarded at the EuroPCR Conference 2014 in Paris, was supported by the Kuwait Foundation for the Advancement of Sciences (KFAS) and Sabah Al Ahmad Center for Giftedness and Creativity (SACGC).

Eng. Mansour Rashid Abdullah Al-Rashdan – Vice Chairman

Eng. Mansour Al-Rashdan is one of the prominent leaders at Al-Rashdan Group Holdings, where he serves as the Vice Chairman. With extensive experience in business and real estate development, he has played a pivotal role in transforming the group’s vision into a tangible reality. Thanks to his strategic expertise in business development and expansion, Al-Rashdan Group has successfully diversified its investment portfolio and broadened its reach to multiple sectors across Kuwait, Dubai, and internationally.

 

In 1995, Eng. Mansour opened his own engineering consultancy office, offering innovative engineering solutions in construction and real estate development projects. He has played a vital role in driving the sustainable growth of the group through process innovation and investment in real estate development projects, as well as establishing effective management foundations that align with global economic transformations. His forward-looking vision and deep family legacy in trade and entrepreneurship have made him a key figure in the group’s future expansion strategies.

Under his leadership, Al-Rashdan Group continues to grow in the healthcare, real estate, and investment sectors while maintaining the group’s commitment to family values, which strengthens its credibility in global markets.

An industrial Engineer With corporate banking Experience who has a clear mission: to turn legacy into structure. Since 2021, Meshari has led the Group’s expansion and institutional transformation.
